The price of boat slips has steadily been increasing over the last couple of decades in Niantic. This has restricted the ability of many to enjoy sport-fishing and family fun on the water. We want to welcome everyone to be a part of our Marker 7 community.

Marker 7 Marina may not have dock hands or a pool, but instead, we rely on our community to nail in a loose board and lend a helping hand when needed.
